促渗剂对盐酸小檗碱体外经皮渗透的影响
Influence of penetration enhancer on transdermal permeation of berberine hydrochloride in vitro
【摘要】 目的 研究几种促渗剂对盐酸小檗碱体外经皮渗透的影响。方法 在离体透皮实验装置上 ,以 30 % (体积分数 )乙醇作为接收液 ,观察盐酸小檗碱经大鼠腹部皮肤的渗透性 ,按规定时间取样 ,用高效液相色谱法 (HPLC)测定盐酸小檗碱的经皮渗透量。结果 几种促渗剂对盐酸小檗碱均有促渗透作用 ,不同透皮促渗剂促渗作用的大小顺序为 :氮酮 <丙二醇 <油酸 <冰片 <冰片 +丙二醇 <氮酮 +丙二醇 <油酸 +丙二醇。结论 氮酮、丙二醇、油酸、冰片、冰片 +丙二醇、油酸 +丙二醇、氮酮 +丙二醇均可作为促渗剂用于盐酸小檗碱的经皮吸收制剂。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of several enhancers on transdermal permeation of berberine hydrochloride. Methods The penetration rate of berberine hydrochloride through rat skin in 30% ethanol-water was measured using the penetration experiment apparatus. Samples were withdrawn from the receptor solution at certain time intervals and assayed by HPLC method. Results The penetration rate of berberine hydrochloride by the enhancers was increased in the following order: azone<propylene glycol<oleic acid<borneol<propylene glycol+borneol<propylene glycol+azone<propylene glycol+oleic acid. Conclusion Azone, propylene glycol, oleic acid, borneol, propylene glycol+borneol, propylene glycol+azone and propylene glycol+oleic acid are proper penetration enhancers in the transdermal preparations of berberine hydrochloride.
