推铅球训练的发展趋势
The Developmental Trend of Shot-putting
【摘要】 推铅球成绩的提高与科学、合理的训练分不开,现代推铅球训练的发展主要趋势;重视早期训练,研究训练质 量和强度:以及合理的技术训练。
【Abstract】 the improved achievement is inseparable from scientific and rational training.the development at trend of morden shot-putting is summarized as follow; emphasis on earlier training, improving quality and intensity of training, paying more attention to thelraining of ralionat technigue.
