【Abstract】 By using the method of document,taking the long jump achievement and special fitness lf Guan Ying-nan compared with the other country players′,we find out her maximal strength lower,the last ten metres speed lose dear.When she takes off,the vertual speed has more proportion of the taking off speed,serious loss of the distance.The point is her weakness,also is her patential.so long as focus training,it will have a good help for enhancmg her special achievement.更多还原
