水轮机尾水管的多块网格生成与CFD分析
Multi-Block Grid Generation and CFD Analysis for the Draft Tube in Hydropower Plant
【摘要】 根据水轮机尾水管的体型和流场分布特点,探讨了尾水管内结构化多块网格划分中的一些处理方法,同时结合两个尾水管改型研究项目对尾水管内的三维紊流进行了数值计算。通过数值模拟和CFD分析,对尾水管体型进行了优化设计,获得了合理的结果。
【Abstract】 Based on the configuration of water turbine draft tube and its flow field distribution features, this paper discusses some manipulation methods in the multi-block grid generation within the draft tube structure . The numerical calculations of 3D turbulent flow within the draft tube are carried out in combination with the research projects of two draft tube type alternation. Accordingly, optimal design is made of the draft tube in this project via the numerical simulation and CFD analysis so that the optimal design results reach the predicted objective.
