优势降酚菌株的驯化和分离

【摘要】 为了获得处理含酚废水的高效菌株,以煤气厂废水处理设施的活性污泥为菌源,驯化、培养、筛选出3种降酚能力较强的菌株GPS-1,GPS-2,GPS-3.经初步鉴定,这3株菌为假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas.sp).通过降酚对比性试验,在500mg/L、1000mg/L、1500mg/L和2000mg/L时,GPS-1菌的降酚率比GPS-2和GPS-3菌的降酚率要高,为所选优势菌株.

【Abstract】 To acquire dominant bacteria by processing the phenolic wastewater, the authors acclimated, fostered and screened three kinds of bacteria with powerful phenol degrading capability, i.e. GPS-1, GPS-2 and GPS-3. The bacteria source from active sludge from treating wastewater facilities of gas making plant is obtained. The three bacteria are taken as Pseudomonas esp. according to preliminary identification. GPS-1 is the most dominant bacterium, through contrast experiment of phenol degrading. In the condition of 500mg/L, 1000mg/L, 1500mg/L and 2000mg/L, the phenol degrading rate of GPS-1 is higher than those of GPS-2 and GPS-3.
