According to the actual occurrence of fire in the business buildings, a fuzzy analytic hierarchy model is built up. The targets influencing evacuation in business buildings is divided into some hierarchies in the model. The judgment matrixes will be set up by using the markets judged by experts and corresponding consistency test will be done. Then the graduation of evacuation safety is given by setting up fuzzy evacuating matrix. Finally ,the method is showed by an example.
