阳离子高分子聚合物与无机混凝剂用于低温低浊水的处理效果比较
Comparison of treatment efficiency of inorganic coagulant and cationic high molecular polymer for low temperature and low turbidity water treatment
【摘要】 采用微絮凝-深床直接过滤技术处理低温低浊水质,投加阳离子高分子聚合物作主混凝剂或助凝剂,根据试验所得结果,讨论了无机混凝剂和阳离子高分子聚合物的低温低浊水处理机理,并对其处理效果进行了比较.得出:当水温t<4~5℃与浊度C0<4NTU时,不宜单独采用无机混凝剂AS、PAC.而投加阳离子高分子聚合物作主絮凝剂或助凝剂,不仅能优化出水水质、延长滤程、提高产水量,且能显著降低药剂成本,减少污泥体积.
【Abstract】 In the process of treatment of low temperature (t<10℃) and low turbidity(C0<10ntu) raw water, micro-flocculation deep-bed direct filtration process with the addition of cationic high molecular weight polyelectrolytes was made. According to the results of the experiment,water treatment mechanism for inorganic coagulant and cationic high molecular polymerto low-temperature and low-turbidity raw water were discussed and water treatment efficiencies were compared. Conclusions are drawn as follows: When temperature is below 4℃and turbidity is below 4ntu, it is not suitable to use AS or PAC only; and when cationic high molecular weight polyelectrolytes was added,a high quality of effluent was obtained and filtration run times were prolonged and water output is increased remarkablely. The dosage as well as the bulk of sludge decreased.
