高温高压气体除尘新概念
New Dedusting Concept of High Temperature and High Pressure Gases
【摘要】 在分析先进燃煤联合循环现有除尘方式的基础上,根据含尘超音速气流穿过斜激波后,气体流动方向将发生变化,而灰尘颗粒方向基本维持不变的事实,提出了一种高温高压气体除尘的新概念.介绍了含尘超音速高温高压气体的气固两相分离过程.提出了用增加缩放喷管长度的方法,使含尘高温高压气体中的灰尘颗粒获得实现气固两相分离所必需的更高动量的途径.
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the existing dedusting method of advanced coal-fired combined cycle, a new dedusting concept was proposed for the high temperature and high pressure dusty gases according to the theory that the flow direction of the gas but the dust in dusty supersonic gas flow changes and the gas velocity decreases after the dusty supersonic gas flow passes through the oblique shock. The separated process of solid-gas two-phase in the new concept was analyzed. By increasing the length of Laval nozzle, an approach was presented to obtain higher particle velocity necessary for gas-solid separation in dusty gas of high temperature and high pressure.
