【Abstract】 In this paper, the unreasonable charge data of taxi and food and beverage industries from 24 cities in China is selected and studied by using the regression analysis approach to illustrate the relation between administrative behavior standardization degree and speed of economic growth. The study shows that the absence of standardization of administration behavior affects the investment cost and actual investment amount of the businessmen of the tertiary industry, causing one of important reasons for forming the gap between different regions.更多还原
