【Abstract】 At the background of informationization, liberalization and internationalism of finance, business innovation in securities companies is a concept that is often mentioned but relatively fuzzy. The paper puts forth a system analysis framework and many strategic consideration patterns in the business innovation of securities companies. Based on the above, it analyses the innovation methods in three primary business domains, that is, business concept, business interface and business flow in order to reinterpret business innovation from the conceptive aspect and to further define a great number of realizing paths from the practice aspects.更多还原
