【Abstract】 Through an outdoor investigation in urban and rural areas, it has been revealed that in the social scene of urban and rural areas, the traditional customs formed in the rural society, which are undergoing consecutive exchanges and blending, have provided finally varied systems that are neither rites and customs nor existent western laws resulting in satisfying the changing life demands of the community groups in the social life. This shows that in the mobile social structure in China, the local knowledge formed in the rural society and the knowledge promoted by the government are subjected to mutual transformation, and blending thus forming various legal systems meeting the demands of social life of the people.更多还原
