贫混凝土基层材料强度与龄期关系
Relation of strength with age of lean concrete for roadbase
【摘要】 通过室内试验,研究了不同粉煤灰掺量、不同龄期对贫混凝土基层材料强度的影响规律,并与不掺粉煤灰贫混凝土的强度特性进行了对比研究。试验显示,贫混凝土粉煤灰掺量为20%时,早期强度接近甚至超过不掺粉煤灰的;粉煤灰掺量为40%和50%时,贫混凝土的强度随龄期而增长的幅度最高;当粉煤灰掺量≤40%时,可改善贫混凝土的脆性。结果表明,当贫混凝土中掺入40%以下粉煤灰时,其后期的强度与抗裂性能均可得到改善。
【Abstract】 The strength character of lean concrete road base material influenced by age and the amount of fly-ash used in it was studied through test in the lab. It was pointed that when 20% fly ash used in the lean concrete, its early strength is near or over none-fly-ash lean concrete. When 40% to 50% fly-ash used in it, the increasing strength of lean concrete by age is the largest. When the amount is below 40%, the fragility can become better than the lean concrete without fly-ash. The results indicate that when 40% fly-ash is used in lean concrete, its long-term strength and the property of resisting fracture can become better.
