齿轮接触线长度和重合度系数
Contact line length and contact ratio coefficient of cylindrical gears
【摘要】 改进了斜齿轮接触线长度的计算公式,并总结了接触线长度随εα、εβ的变化规律及啮合过程的动态统计规律。认为接触强度重合度系数公式及斜齿轮有限元计算均应以动态统计平均接触线长度为依据。同时对ISO6336及AGMA2001 B88中接触强度重合度系数公式提出了商榷,并提出了新的公式。
【Abstract】 The formula for calculating the contact line length of helical gears was improved. The law of that the length of contact line changes with the values of ε_α and ε_β , as well as the dynamic statistic law during gear engagement, was summarized. The formula of the coefficient of contact ratio for surface durability calculation and the finite element calculation for helical gears should both be based on the dynamic statistic average length of contact line. The formulae given by ISO 6336 and AGMA 2001-B88 for calculating the coefficient of contact ratio for tooth surface durability were discussed and a new formula was proposed.
