【Abstract】 The managerial work in the higher learning institutions is related with all the aspects of the society. It is a miniature of the society. With the historic breakthrough in information transmission under the new technology, great changes have taken place in the technical devices of secret-keeping and secret-stealth. This paper attempts to have a discussion and reflection on how to further intensify secret-keeping in the new period, especially after China has accessed to the WTO. One should summarize the new issues and explore the new ways to meet the complexity of secret leakage by the flexibility and the scientific devices of the secret-keeping work.更多还原
