【Abstract】 Implementation of the credit system is a necessity for the development of current higher education, an important measure to the reform of the present personnel traning pattern and an objective requirement to the construction of market economy. Under the new historical circumstance of constructing the Chinese socialist market economy, how to perfect the administration of the credit system to cultivate creative talents becomes an extremely important reseach project.
