【Abstract】 This paper gives a systematic study of supply chain coordination mechanisms, which isnt found in other literature. Firstly, it gives a detail analysis of the reasons that supply chain loses balance and prevent supply chain from coordination, and the effect of the imbalance on supply chains operational performance.
