【摘要】 目的:探讨WAB胶和可吸收线皮内缝合联合应用的疗效。方法:日本大白兔10只,每只形成2条切口,缝合切口,其中一条切口采用传统丝线缝合,另一条切口采用可吸收线(SB-ORB)皮内缝合结合WAB胶法。观察其愈合情况。结果:两种缝合法切口粘合时间差异无显著性,可吸收线(SB-ORB)皮内缝合结合WAB胶法,术后第30天切口均为甲级愈合,疤痕呈不显性,术后7d HE染色光镜检查:嗜中性细胞为(20.68+3.42)/每高倍视野。结论:采用可吸收线(SB-ORB)皮内缝合结合WAB胶法是一种新型的美容缝合法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the curative effect of using WAB glue and obsorption line in suturation.Methods: Incisions were formed in 10 albine rabbit s. One group of incisions were sutured by WAB glue and obsorption line,the other used silk suture.Results:The time of healing in two groups is same.The group using WAB glue healed well and had little scar. At 7th d postoperatively, under light microscope, we found the sum of neutrophil cell was (20.68 + 3.42)/hpf. Conclusion: Using WAB glue and obsorption line is an effective method in suturing incisions.更多还原
