绿原酸分子印记聚合物压电模拟生物传感器的研制
Development of Molecularly Imprinted Polymer Piezoelectric Bio-mimetic Sensor for Chlorogenic Acid
【摘要】 基于压电石英晶体传感器灵敏的响应性能,结合分子印记聚合物的特异识别性能,研制出了绿原酸分子印记压电体声波模拟生物传感器. 详细探讨了膜的修饰作用,验证了该传感器的印记效应,优化了实验条件. 运用于烟草中绿原酸的定量测定,得到了令人满意的结果.
【Abstract】 On the basis of the sensitive response of piezoelectric quartz crystal (PQC) and the specific selectivity of molecu-larly imprinted polymer (MIP), an imprinted polymer using chlorogenic acid (CGA) as the template molecules was synthesizedand a kind of piezoelectric quartz crystal bulk acoustic wave bio-mimetic sensors was proposed. The influence of the modifiedcoating layer on the response has been investigated in detail and the imprinting effect of MIPs has been verified. By optimizingthe experimental conditions, the new sensor has been employed in the determination of chlorogenic acid in tobacco and satisfac-tory results have been obtained.
