【Abstract】 After China’s entry into WTO, more and more business sectors are seeking to have business interaction with their foreign counterparts. As an essential means of communication, foreign trade negotiation is an important way to open trade to the international market. English usually serves as a lingua franca and to know this register and its language features is a must for anyone who intends to carry out successful negotiations in the world market.
