【摘要】 目的 :探讨高原红细胞增多症患者血清中微量元素含量的变化与发病的相关性。方法 :以Varian -6 4 0AAS原子吸收分光光度仪测定 11例高原红细胞增多症患者血清Zn、Cu、Fe、Mg等微量元素水平。结果 :红细胞增多症患者血清中 ,Zn、Cu、Fe含量显著低于正常对照组 ,Mg无明显变化。结论 :微量元素含量改变可能与红细胞增多症病情发展有着密切的联系更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the change of serum concentration of some kind of trace element in patients with polycythemia in high altitude. Methods:four kinds of trace element included Zn, Cu, Fe and Mg were detected by Varian-640AAS Atom absorptive-analysis in 11 cases of patients with polycythemia. Result: The concentration of serum Zn,Cu and Fe were significantly lower than that of control group and there were no obvious change in Mg concentration. Conclusion:It is considered that the change of some kinds of trace element level may closely related with the pathogenesis of polycythemia.更多还原
