【Abstract】 Based on the fact that SMS value-added applications have great usage value, this thesis gives a deep research on SMS system and SMPP protocol, then bring forward an open platform for SMS value-added applications, multiform new SMS applications could be develop upon this open platform. This platform use ActiveX component technology to develop the core module which interacts with the SMSC. This design great extents the system and makes system have more power to do more things.更多还原
