【Abstract】 Sino-Japanese corporation of economy and trade holds an important position in C hinese foreign business relationship. The two parties consider each other as an important partner. The fast and stable development of the corporation brings gre at benefits to each side and is becoming the impetus for pushing the Sino-Japan ese relationship. Though there exists friction in bilateral corporation, a multi -level, multi-field, complementary and stable framework of economy and trade c orporation has taken shape.
