【Abstract】 Institutional design can offer the common base of society and reflect the intentional pursuit of social norm. It is also the premier of social reformation and transformation and the core process of social engineering. In addition, social logos plays a role as foundation of the institutional design and is the meaning of determination of social structure and social process as a whole.
