热休克预处理对家兔肝缺血-再灌注损伤的影响

【摘要】 目的 :探讨热休克预处理对肝缺血 再灌注损伤的影响。方法 :随机将家兔分为对照组和热休克预处理组 ,复制肝脏缺血 再灌注模型 ,分别于缺血前、缺血 45min、再灌注 45min三次取血 ,赖氏法检测血清谷丙转氨酶 (ALT)活性。结果 :热休克预处理组缺血前的ALT活性稍高于对照组 ,但是缺血后及再灌注后显著低于对照组。结论 :热休克预处理对肝细胞有轻微的损伤作用 ,但是对缺血后和再灌注后损伤均有显著的保护作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effects of heat shock preconditioning on liver ischemia and reperfusion.Method: The rabbits were randomly allocated into a heat shock preconditioning group and a control group,then make them into models of liver ischemia and reperfusion. Serum ALT activity was examined through Reitman method before ischemia,at 45 min of ischemia and at 45 min of reperfusion respectively. Results: ALT activity of the heat shock preconditioning group is slightly higher than the control group,but detectable lower than the control group after ischemia and reperfusion.Conclusion: Heat shock preconditioning does nominal harm to the liver cells,but it has significant protective effects on liver ischemia and reperfusion injury.
