【Abstract】 This paper analyzed the current status of relationships between coaches and athletes in China through document and information research method. The athletes should be the center in dealing with the relationships between the coaches and athletes. It also discussed that the coaches should be the organizers,manager,tutor,assistant and friend of the students. In this paper,countermeasures and advice to deal with the relationships between coaches and athletes were provided.更多还原
