【Abstract】 Top sportscasters should not only possess rich knowledge,eloquence and skills of broadcasting,but also experience of sports. Elite retired athletes are famous and they know much about sports. However,they do not possess relative knowledge about broadcasting. To train the elite retired athletes into sportscasters,it is necessary to establish specialty of sportscasting and open "green passage" for the athletes. Requirements for the entrance should be set.
