【摘要】 根据全国高校教材管理工作改革的趋势,针对武汉体育学院教材管理工作存在的问题,进行了分析思考。指出为了适应日益深化的教学改革的需要,三大转变是改革的方向:从经验管理到现代化管理的转变,管理职能由单一的供应向供应、建设、研究三位一体的转变,单一服务向"服务为主,适度经营"管理理念的转变。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of the present situation of textbook management of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education,the authors analyzed the existing problems with a combination of the reform tendency of textbook management in Chinese colleges.Three transformations must be realized to meet the need of teaching reform.Firstly,experience management must transform to modernizational management;secondly,the single management function must transform from supply only to the composite functions of supply,construction and research;thirdly,the management ideology must transform from service only to "service first and profits appropriately".更多还原
