单相步进电动机矩角特性的数值模拟研究
Simulation of Torque-angle Characteristic in Single-phase Stepping Motor
【摘要】 矩角特性是单相步进电动机的重要特性。文章利用电磁场的数值解法和ANSYS软件,对一种原理和结构独特的单相步进电动机的矩角特性进行了数值模拟研究,计算和分析了关键设计参数与电动机电磁矩角特性的关系,并结合实验数据进行了验证和修正。
【Abstract】 Torque-angle curve is an important characteristic of the stepping motor.The simulation method for the torque-angle curve of a new single-phase stepping motor is presented.The relationship of the key design parameters and corresponding torque-angle characteristics are computed and analyzed. Some comparison experimental data are also given at the end of the paper.
