Permanent Magnet Linear AC Servo System and its Control
【摘要】 介绍了一套永磁直线交流伺服系统,实验结果证明了该系统具有良好的伺服性能,有良好的实际应用价值。
【Abstract】 A permanent magnet linear AC motor servo drive system is introduced in this paper.Some experiment results are provided to demonstrate the steady of operation and the high accuracy of positioning.The value of practical application is obvious.
