车用燃料电池空气压缩机用高密度无刷永磁电机
High Density Brushless Permanent Magnet Motor for Air Compressor of the Car Fuel Cell
【摘要】 提出一种带有水冷定子机座和超短定子绕组端部长度的高密度无刷永磁电机 ;应用一般化尺寸方程理论进行电机的概念设计 ;在Maxwell2DTransient动态有限元软件的基础上 ,进行逆变器供电驱动电路和电机有限元耦合仿真的性能分析计算 ;在此基础上 ,进行样机试制和性能测试。
【Abstract】 The general sizing equation is presented for designing a high power density brushless PM motor in this paper. According to the fact of big heat dissipation per surface area of the high power density motor, the stator frame is designed as a water-seal structure for circulating water-cooling. In order to decrease the volume, a new technology of winding connecting which effectively reduces the end length of the winding is applied. On the basis of Maxwell 2D Transient, the coupling simulation technology that incorporates the drive circuit into FEA is introduced to analyze the performance of the motor fed by power converter. And finally the experimental result of the prototype is showed in the paper. The experiment result proved that the motor achieves the requirement of the performance index.
