【摘要】 医疗机构是卫生服务系统的主要组成部门 ,经济转轨时期 ,医院自身利益和其被赋予的社会公共职能之间的矛盾和冲突越来越明显 ,医疗卫生机构的管理体制已远远不能适应现阶段卫生发展的形势需要。该文在分析医疗系统主要问题的基础上 ,指出医疗机构产业化改革的核心内容是管理体制改革 ,并进一步阐述了管理体制改革的紧迫性和重要意义更多还原

【Abstract】 The medical framework constitutes the major part of the health industry. Under the current circumstance with the character of the coexistence of a planning management system and a market environment, the goal conflict is intensified between the profit-oriented behavior of medical institutions and its government function to produce public goods.
