【Abstract】 The significance of establishing stable cell lines that support the replication of granulosis virus cannot be underestimated,but difficulty has been experienced in selecting permissive cell lines for granulosis virus. Advances of studies on the in vitro replication of granulosis virus are reviewed in this paper,including cell types and the temperature on virus susceptility.In addition the possible mechanis and the problom exsited are discussed.更多还原
