【Abstract】 The theoretical basis and principles for identification of basic health service in China have been discussed in this paper. The identification of basic health service should be based on socialist primary stage theory and form a complete set with reforms in medical health service, health insurance, disease prevention and control. Four principles for identification have been presented: they were economic development and income, classification of health service products, cost effectiveness, and equity and social benefit.更多还原
