【Abstract】 The paper employs the methodology of diagnostic tree, analyzes the qualitative information collected at 16 expert panels in 8 cities of 4 provinces. It intends to identify the main issues and barriers for prenatal diagnosis in China, and to make a good understanding of their interactions.
