近期全国食品安全的监督检验报告分析

【摘要】 作者依据国家食品质量监督检验中心 (上海 )多年来的工作统计数据对食品工业发展的规模以及产品的种类数量进行了相关的分析 ,指出新工艺和新技术对食品工业的促进作用。并且从我所近年来抽检的产品报告中选取肉干 ,肉脯以及茶叶两种具有代表性食品跟踪抽查的检验结果进行分析 ,根据其中检测项目的变化以及农残 ,抗生素 ,激素等限用物质近年来的变化简要总结了食品安全在质量监督方面的发展趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 This report mainly describes the recent development of food industry in China based on the record of food supervision and inspection by National Center of Supervision and Inspection on Food Quality (Shanghai),and indicates that the food industry has been promoted by food science and technology. The recent inspection record of charqui and tea was analyzed to summarize the tendency of food supervision and inspection simply based on the change of examine items and the variation of the examine scores of restrictive compounds such as pesticide residue, antibiotic, hormone and so on.更多还原
