超声检测中数据采集与处理电路的设计
STUDY OF DATA ACQUISITION AND PROCESSING IN ULTRASONIC TESTING
【摘要】 针对超声探伤中不同厚度工件数据采集及处理的要求,提出了一种基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的数据采集及处理的方法,极大地提高了采集系统的采样速度及处理能力。
【Abstract】 Data acquisition and processing of ultrasonic equipment was different for the variation of workpiece thickness in ultrasonic testing. A data acquisition and processing method with field programmable gate array(FPGA) was proposed, which could improve the data acquisition and processing speed of the whole ultrasonic testing system greatly.
