射流泵汽蚀参数分析

【摘要】 汽蚀是影响射流泵系统安全运行的重要因素.迄今为止,已有多种参数用于描述射流泵的汽蚀性能和判断汽蚀发生与否,其中最常用和最具代表性的是汽蚀系数σ和汽蚀流量比qk.在理论分析和试验研究的基础上对两者进行了研究.结果表明,虽然σ值较为稳定,但由于其难以测定和计算,不适宜用于判断汽蚀的发生与否;而qk则易于计算,且比较直观,更适合用于判断汽蚀的发生与否.

【Abstract】 Cavitation is one of the most important factors that affect the safety and economic operation of jet pump system. Until now, several kinds of parameters were proposed to describe the cavitation performance of jet pump and to predict the occurrence of the limited conditions. Among them, the representative and the most commonly used parameters are cavitation parameters σ and cavitation flow-rate ratio qk. Based on the experimental work as well as the theoretical analysis, the relationship between the two parameters is analyzed. Although has a steady value, σ is hard to be measured and calculated directly in practice. While qk, which describes the cavitation performance directly, is easy to be obtained; therefore, qk is better to be used to predict the occurrence of the limited conditions.
