【摘要】 目的 :了解武汉市民对遗体捐献知识、态度和行为的情况。方法 :采用随机抽样方法进行问卷调查。结果 :①共调查 92 3人 ,其中男性 4 92人、女性 4 31人 ,年龄为 34± 17 2岁 ;听说过遗体捐献的为 90 0 % ,不了解遗体捐献正规程序的为 90 2 % ,想了解遗体捐献方面的知识的占 92 8% ,83 7%市民认为全社会都应该关注遗体捐献 ,33 2 %表示愿意捐献遗体 ,4 8 5 %的市民考虑过遗体捐献 ,97 5 %认为遗体捐献有意义 ,6 6 6 %市民认为遗体处理方式会对捐献者家属产生影响 ;②年龄、文化程度与捐献意愿的相关性不大 ;③愿意捐献、正在考虑和不愿意捐献的市民受到的影响因素不同 ,分别认为捐献与程序烦琐、社会舆论和个人信仰有关 ;在认为家属是否会受舆论压力影响的选项上 ,三者比较无统计学差异 (p =0 81)。结论 :武汉市民对遗体捐献的认知程度总体不高 ,应加大宣传力度 ,提倡无私奉献的捐献精神 ,让广大市民了解相关的法规和捐献程序 ;政府在开展遗体捐献工作时应注重人性化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the situation of Wuhan citizens the knowledge, the attitude and the behavior to remains donation. Methods: Making an investigation on questionnaire. Results: The total 923 respondents include 492 male and 431 female, with the age 34±17.2 years old; 90.0% of the citizens hear of the donation, 90.2% don’t understand the donating procedures; 92.8% would like to understand the donating knowledge, 83.7% think that the whole society should pay close attention to the remains donation; 33.2% express willingness to remains donation; 97.5% think remains of donation is of great significance; 66.6% think that remains donation is influenced by relatives; there is hardly any difference among age , education and the willingness of remains donation. The willing, and the unwilling citizens who are influenced by different factors are concerned in the convoluted donating procedures, the public opinion and the individual faith respectively, some of the people think their relatives will be depressed by the public (p=0.81). Conclusion: the cognitive degree of remains donation isn’t high in Wuhan citizens. Much should be done to impart the public, the relevant laws and the procedures. The government should pay attention to humanization while launching the work of remains donation.更多还原
