【摘要】 目的　总结云南省新型农村合作医疗试点县工作经验与教训 ,以利新型农村合作医疗持续发展。方法　采用流行病学现场研究方法进行研究。结果　云南省 2 0个试点县已建立了新型农村合作医疗制度 ,试点工作成绩突出。结论　云南省新型农村合作医疗制度是有效的 ,建议进一步开展基线调查 ,进行科学的补偿测算 ,完善新型农村合作医疗制度更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To sum up the experiences and lessons on new rural c ooperative medicine system(NRCMS) in the pilo t counties of Yunnan Province and to guarantee the sustainable development of NR CMS. Method To apply field research approaches in epidemiology. Results NRCMS ha s been setting up in 20 pilot counties of Yunnan Province, and the great achieve ments have been gained in pilot field. Conclusion It is effective to develop NR CMS in Yunnan Province. The suggestions are provided that the baseline survey a nd reimbursement-calculation should be developed further to improve NRCMS.更多还原
