【摘要】 目的　探讨各类颅脑损伤引起死亡的死亡机制 ,为颅脑损伤致死案例的鉴定提供依据。方法　运用常规病理技术、免疫组化染色及特殊染色的方法对 15 7例颅脑损伤案例进行法医病理学研究。结果　颅脑损伤的病理类型具有规律性 ;颅内疾病患者因颅脑损伤死亡的 ,其死亡机制与所患疾病密切相关。结论　颅脑损伤的死亡机制与损伤的病理类型有关 ;疾病相关颅脑损伤致死案例的鉴定 ,应考虑损伤与疾病的参与度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the mechanisms of death induced by craniocerebral injury and to search the evidence for forensic pathological judgement on death induced by craniocerebral injury. Method 157 cases of forensic autopsies died from traumatic craniocerebral injury were reviewed. The specimens were obtained from the impaired region and important structures in brain by employing H-E,immunohistochemistry and other special staining and inspected under light microscope. Results The pathologic types of craniocerebral injury showed some regularity. Some mechanisms of death suggested correlaionship with intracranial diseases. Conclusion The mechanisms of death induced by craniocerebral injury have relationship with pathologic types of injury. The participation of injury and disease should be taken into consideration when death induced by craniocerebral injury.更多还原
