【摘要】 目的 探讨CT引导下卵巢巧克力囊肿穿刺抽吸、硬化术的诊断、治疗意义。方法 对19例28个直径5 cm以上的巧克力囊肿在CT引导下行穿刺抽吸术,以囊液性状和涂片病理作出诊断,同时在囊腔内注入无水乙醇。随访3个月以上。结果 穿刺抽吸术可以明确诊断。经硬化治疗后,患者近期症状缓解率达100％,27/28(96.4％)个囊肿经复查有明显缩小或消失。结论 CT引导下囊肿穿刺抽吸、硬化术是对卵巢巧克力囊肿的一种安全可行的微创性诊断与治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value in diagnosing and treating Chocolate-like cyst of ovary by CT-guided puncture aspiration with sclerosing. Methods CT-guided puncture aspiration was performed in 19 patients with cysts,twenty eight of them were more than 5 cm in diameter. Establishing diagnosis was practiced by the trait of the hydatid fluid and pathological check,injected anhydrous alcohol into the cyst. A follow-up visitto every patient lasted more than three months. Results Punctureaspiration can establish the diagnosis. After sclerosing treatment,all patients’ symptoms became eased in short-terms ,27 cysts in 28 (96.4%) contracted obviously or disappeared. Conclusion CT-guided puncture aspiration with sclerosing treatment to chocolate-like cyst of ovary is a safe and feasible method with tiny wound.更多还原
