【摘要】 目的　了解视屏显示终端 (VDT)作业对女职工生殖功能的影响。方法　采用病例对照研究对 2 14例从事VDT的女职工和 2 0 8例对照的月经机能和生殖结局进行调查。结果　VDT作业女工的自觉症状、月经周期延长和痛经发生率显著高于对照组 ,而生殖结局未见明显差异。多因素Logistic回归分析显示痛经与VDT作业的工作班次、接触年限和每日接触时间有关 (P均 <0 .0 1) ,其OR值分别为 1.382、2 .6 19和 2 .82 7。结论　提示VDT作业对女性的月经机能有一定的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of video display terminal(VDT) on reproductive function of female operators. Methods Menstrual and reproductive histories were investigated between female operators and controls by using case-control study. Results The incidences of objective symptoms, irregular menstrual cycle and dysmenorrhoea were significantly higher in operators than those in controls. However,abnormal outcomes of adverse pregnancy in VDT were not found.The incidence of dysmenorrhoea was related to VDT working hours and different shifts in accordance with multiple Logistic regression analysis. Conclusion It suggests that VDT may influence mentstrual function.更多还原
