半金属磁性材料
HALF-METALLIC MAGNETIC MATERIALS
【摘要】 半金属材料的一个重要特征为具有高达100%的传导电子自旋极化率。半金属磁性材料是一种具有极大的应用潜能的自旋电子学材料。本文从半金属性的来源、材料的晶体结构、半金属的电子态和电磁特性等不同角度对半金属材料进行了系统分类。对现已发现的几种半金属材料的基本性质和原子结构特征进行了综述。分别对5种传导电子自旋极化率的测量方法进行了分析和讨论。
【Abstract】 The main feature of half_metallic materials is its high spin polarization up to 100%. Half_metallic materials are a kind of functional spintronic materials with great potential application. On the basis of the origin of half_metallic nature, crystalline structure, states of electrons, electronic and magnetic properties and localized characteristic, a systematic classification is proposed for half_metallic ferromagnetic materials and examples of each type are given. The problems of defining and measuring spin polarization of conduction electrons are discussed, and the principles of 5 methods for measurement are outlined.
