【摘要】在LiNbO3∶Fe晶体薄片中观察到快速响应 (<0 1s)、各向同性、并具有信息存储功能的一种光致折射率改变效应 .基于它的特征及其与光折变效应的区别 ,初步讨论了产生该效应的物理机理更多还原

【Abstract】 We have observed an effect of light-induced refractive index change in LiNbO 3∶Fe crystal sheet,which is different from the photorefractive effect. It has the characters of faster response (<0.1s),isotropy and function of information storage. We have also discussed the physical mechanism of the effect.更多还原
