注入Mo在Zr57Nb5Cu15.4Ni)(12.6)Al10非晶合金中的扩散
Diffusion of implanted Mo in Zr (57) Nb)5Cu)(15.4)Ni (12.6) Al10 non-crystalline alloy
【摘要】 通过二次离子质谱仪 (SIMS)研究了Mo在Zr57Nb5Cu1 5 4 Ni1 2 6 Al1 0 非晶合金中的扩散 ,并计算出其扩散激活能Q和前置系数D0 分别为 1 95eV和 1 13× 10 - 5m2 s- 1 .根据Stokes Einstern关系式研究了玻璃转变温度以下 5 93— 6 73K之间Zr57Nb5Cu1 5 4 Ni1 2 6 Al1 0 非晶合金的黏滞特性 ,得到的黏滞系数从 5 93K的 1 0 7× 10 1 0 Poise降到 6 73K的 1 4 2×10 8Poise .
【Abstract】 Diffusion of implanted Mo in the Zr 57 Nb 5Cu 15 4 Ni 12 6 Al 10 bulk non-crystalline alloy has been researched using secondary ion mass spectroscopy (SIMS). Activation energy Q and pre-exponential factor D 0 were obtained to be 1 95 eV and 1 13×10 -5 m 2s -1 , respectively. Based on the Stokes-Einstern relation, the viscosity of the Zr 57 Nb 5Cu 15 4 Ni 12 6 Al 10 bulk non-crystalline alloy was investigated at temperatures below the glass transition, it decreases with the increase of temperature from 1 07×10 10 Poise at 593 K to 1 42×10 8 Poise at 673 K.
