【Abstract】 According to economic status of Asian countries or economy and new changes of intemational monetary system,we should create asor in order to study lessons from Asian financial crisis,reduce exchange risk and transaction cost,increase scale of trade investment and enhance economic development in Asia.There is condition for this,but it is very difficult to create a new regional money.Creation asor is a long and risky process,so we must overcome many difficulties to do this and will succeed in this process.更多还原
