厂内物流整合与精益生产推进路径之研究

【摘要】 通过对厂内物流、精益生产特点及其关系的分析,指出只有在精益思想的指引下推进厂内物流的整合才能实现真正的精益生产,同时对在精益方式下如何改进厂内物流提出了一些建议,对国内企业厂内物流的改进具有指导意义。

【Abstract】 Analyzing logistics within a plant, the features of lean production and their relations, the paper points out that the real lean production can be realized by carrying out logistics integration within the plant under the guidance of lean production and advises how to improve the logistics under the lean production mode.
