当前逆向物流建设亟待关注的几个问题
Problems Needed to be Noticed in Present Construction of Reverse Logistics
【摘要】 指出了当前我国逆向物流所忽视的一些问题,对逆向物流思想、通道建设、信息化建设、提高顾客忠诚度等几个亟待关注的问题进行了较为深入的分析,并提出了建议。
【Abstract】 The paper clarifies some problems in China reverse logistics and puts forward some appropriate suggestions on the construction of channels, informationalization and how to improve customer loyalty.
