纳米氧化锌的粒度控制与表征
Size Control and Characterization of ZnO Nanoparticles
【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了粒度小于10nm的ZnO纳米颗粒,用沉淀法制备了粒度大于10nm的ZnO纳米颗粒.讨论了颗粒粒度的控制因素,得到不同粒度的产品.采用TEM、XRD、BET、UV-Vis等检测手段对不同粒度的ZnO纳米颗粒进行表征.结果表明:粒度小于10nm的ZnO纳米颗粒,具有量子效应,随粒度减小,紫外可见光光谱蓝移;粒度大于10nm的ZnO纳米颗粒,不具有量子效应,它们的禁带宽度与块体ZnO的禁带宽度相同,为3.2eV,不同粒度的ZnO纳米颗粒紫外可见光光谱相同.
【Abstract】 ZnO nanoparticles with different size were prepared by using sol-gel and precipitation method.With particle size of 10~50nm,they were p repared by using precipitation meth od,and particle size and size distri-bution were controlled by milling pr ocess of an intermediate product Zn 5 (CO 3 ) 2 (OH) 6 .With particle size smaller than 10nm,they were synthesized by u sing sol-gel method,and the size was adjusted by changing the reaction conditions,such as reaction temperature,reaction time,etc.The ZnO nanoparticles with different size were characterized by using TEM,XRD,BET,UV-Vis.From UV-Vis spectra,the qu antum effects of ZnO nanoparticles smaller than 10nm were found,i.e.,the absorption onset s howed blue-shifts with the decrease of size,and the ZnO nanoparticles bigger than 10nm did not show quantum effe cts,the absorption edge was about 387nm,corresponding to the bulk ban d gap for ZnO of 3.2eV.
