过一硫酸氢钾三复盐的研制
Preparation of potassium monopersulfate triple salt
【摘要】 以双氧水、浓硫酸、过二硫酸钾和氢氧化钾为原料合成过一硫酸氢钾三复盐(2KHSO5·KHSO4·K2SO4),利用正交试验确定了所用原料的配比,并进一步对制备复盐的工艺条件进行了考察。结果表明,当原料间的物质的量比为1.0∶1.4∶0.3∶1.2,合成过一硫酸的反应温度不高于50℃,中和反应温度保持在45~55℃的范围内,反应时间为120min时,所得产品活性氧质量分数为5.03%,产率为36.27%。通过透射电镜分析,自制产品的结晶形状为棒状。
【Abstract】 Potassium monopersulfate triple salt was prepared by reacting sulfuric acid with hydrogen peroxide, potassium persulfate and potassium hydroxide.The process conditions were investigated through orthogonal test.The results indicate that the molar ratio of H2O2/H2SO4/K2S2O8/KOH is 1.0∶1.4∶0.3∶1.2,the reaction temperature is less than 50 ℃,neutralization reaction temperature is at 45~55 ℃ and the reaction time is 120 min.The active oxygen content of the sample and product yield with respect to hydrogen peroxide reach 5.03% and 36.27% respectively. The product is rod form crystal by TEM analysis.
